Perhaps this is a side effect of the seeming need for every series to be a trilogy whether or not there is actually three full books of content? Not sure, but it is only a minor criticism – not enough to warn people away. This one by itself felt more like a 4 to 4.5 – mainly because it felt a little bit like things were being drug out to make the book a little bit bigger. I am giving this one 5 stars because I loved the series as a whole. I will say one thing, and I have said it before (and maybe it was about the books earlier in this series), it really isn’t a guilty pleasure because I AM NOT ASHAMED! Bring on the syrupy teen drama, backstabbing, and romance!
